Junior Customer Success Consultant
Scope of Work
- Support Customer Success Consultants to help clients maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through training sessions and usage recommendations.
- Assist in creating and organizing customers’ manuals and other output contents using Teachme Biz, based on guidance from senior members and clients.
- Support onsite and online field verification at client sites to understand how customers actually use the system.
- Provide basic customer support in Thai and English via email, phone, online meeting, and chat under the supervision of senior members.
- Help prepare and update support materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge documents.
- Coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and handle other tasks that help smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirement (must)
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Customer-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Eager to learn about SaaS products, customer success, and business operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on support tasks.
Advantage
- Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields would be an advantage
- Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country would be an advantage
- Having knowledge about Japanese (JLPT N2) would be an advantage

[WORKING HOURS]
- Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Annual Leave: Granted after 6 months after passing probation
