พวกเรา กลุ่มสมาชิกผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัทสตัดดิสท์เคยเป็นอดีตพนักงานในบริษัทที่ปรึกษาที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปรับปรุงระบบการทำงาน ซึ่งสิ่งที่มองเห็นในช่วงนั้นคือภาระหรือความสิ้นเปลืองที่ต้องเสียไปเมื่อต้องการสื่อสารใดสารหนึ่งให้กับคนอื่น เช่นในบริษัทมี “คู่มือการทำงาน” ที่บ่งบอกกระบวนการทำงาน แต่ก็ต้องเสียเวลาไปอย่างมหาศาลในการจัดทำ และการปรับปรุงเนื้อหาก็ยังยากลำบาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น คู่มือการทำงานที่สร้างขึ้นมาอย่างยากลำบากนั้นสุดท้ายแล้วก็ไม่ได้ถูกใช้งาน

จึงก่อให้เกิดที่มาของพวกเรา สตัดดิสท์ ที่อยากจะทำลายความสูญเปล่าที่เกิดจาก “การสื่อสาร” เพื่อจะได้สามารถทุ่มเทกับงานที่มีความสร้างสรรค์กับผลิตผลได้

อย่างไรก็ตาม “คู่มือ” เป็นแค่แขนงหนึ่งเท่านั้น พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งให้กับใครสักคนนั้นไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องงาน หรือการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ก็จะยังคงดำเนินต่อไปเรื่อย ๆ

All of the Studist’s founding members were former consultants specializing in the Work Process Development. While providing consultation services to client companies, we observed that the way people communicated within the company used up a lot of time and resources. For instance, a company would utilize manuals that explain work procedures. However, creating manuals requires a vast amount of time to prepare and updating manuals is also difficult. Unfortunately, this time-consuming process of manual creation actually ends up with no one using the manuals.

After detecting this problem, we began to think about ways to reduce the communication-related loss for our clients so that people within the company could focus more on productive and creative jobs. This was actually Studist’s starting point.

Although getting the message across, Simply via using manuals is our business field, it seems that the communication concerning “who to” and “what to” communicate with will never end and this also applies to both work and everyday life.

So our company’s vision is to get the message across, simply and to improve progressively.

ถ้า “การสื่อสาร” ง่ายขึ้น ทั้งฝ่ายผู้สื่อสารและฝ่ายผู้รับสารก็ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาไปกับภาระหรือความสิ้นเปลืองที่เกิดขึ้นจากการสื่อสาร และสามารถใช้เวลาไปกับงานที่มีความสร้างสรรค์มากกว่าได้

If communication became simpler, both the sender and receiver of the message will no longer have to waste time on unnecessary things but can spend more time on creative things instead.

This will allow the society to be built with knowledge power-driven by the true understanding and creative thinking. And that is truly Studist’s vision.
